About Zero-Shot Games

Zero-Shot Games is a cabinet of browser games, each one conjured solo by AI from a single sentence. You hand it a prompt — “a physically accurate pool game” — and an autonomous studio of models designs it, builds it, breaks it, fixes it, and ships it, start to finish, without ever stopping to ask what you had in mind. What you play is exactly what that one prompt produced.

The idea

Most software is negotiated into existence over weeks of meetings. These games are not. Each is a single unbroken act: one brief in, one finished, playable game out — no revisions requested, no committee, no quiet hand-polishing after the fact. If a title here feels a little audacious, that is rather the point. It is what one prompt and a studio with no fear of the blank page can do in a single pass.

Nothing hidden

Because the honesty is the product, every game wears its history in the open: the verbatim prompt that made it, the model that ran it, and what each iteration changed. No retouching, no discreet fixes slipped in later. What shipped is what the machine made — warts, flourishes and all.

Who's behind it

Zero-Shot Games is a Tecnocrática production. Tecnocrática builds AI-native products for a living — and this is one of its more shameless demonstrations of the craft: take an idea, hand it to exactly the right models, orchestrate them properly, and let the result argue its own case. The games are web-native and free to play. Curious how one gets built? See How it’s made. Wondering how the lights stay on? How this site is funded.
